I know, I know I have COMPLETELY slacked at this whole blogging thing. This post has taken me FOREVER so I guess that is my lesson I never want to get behind again! Being a new mom came quite a shock to me in finding a balance and time for myself. I wish I was the type who could stay up til all hours of the night just to have time for them selves but as many know I am not a night owl nor an early bird. Especially when our little one decided to veto sleep!! By 3 weeks old he was sleeping through the night 6-8 hours and taking a 3-5 Hr . Since the Holidays he has completely turned for the worst in the sleep department he now wakes up 2-3 times a night and fights naps!! If anyone has any suggestions please help! I am trying a schedule and routine but its been 2 weeks now and nothing is changing!! he s quite the social little guy and loves the social scene he jus doesn't want to miss a beat but some times I wish he would change his mind for his own sake!
Anyway, yes we are still alive and doing great but have a lot of catching up to do with many of you. This post is HUGE and hope you enjoy. Here is what our little family has been up too since our little Braxton arrived.

One Week Difference

We headed down to St. George for Thanksgiving this year. We had a lot of fun with some of our best friends Skylar & Janie who had their baby Max the same day we had our little guy. We GREATLY wish they lived closer so we could see them more often.
Braxton showing off his favorite toy his mobile. He has loved this since the second I got it out of the box. So we decided to take it down with us. Max wasn't too sure at the begining but ended up loving it.
Thanksgiving Day we decided to have a year off of cooking and head to a country club for our Thanksgiving Feast the food was delicous! YUM!
Grandma & Grandpa Strong missed him so much the week we were gone so we stopped in on our way home.

Three Months Old
I fall more and more in love with this little boy each day. He is quite the growning boy as you can see. We feel so blessed to have him in our lives and the joy he brings us. We went and got Braxtons 3 month pictures done a couple weeks ago and once I get them back I will make sure I post them.

Oh he is just the most adorable thing I have EVER seen! What a handsome lil man you have! He totally looked like a gen authority in his blessing outfit! LOVED it!
Parker went though a little phase when he would just take little cat naps all day (hence, he was grumpy all day) but then he grew out of it. It will pass, you just have to stick with your routine and have patience. You can do it!!!! At 6 months you can put them down for the night at 7pm and they should sleep until 6 or 7am.... good luck! :-)
FINALLY!!! I look at your blog all the time in hopes that you updated. I'm sure life is a lottle crazy with a new one around but thanks for the update. You guys are so cute! Braxton is a very healthy baby it looks like. Good lick with the sleep thing. Keep posting whenever you can, I love to hear how you guys are doing. Happy New Year!!

Skylar and I always check your blog... we're glad you finally updated!!! Max misses his little buddy! I wish we could make it up there... Max has been not doing very good at nights either! I figure it's just a phase he's going through! Hopefully he'll get out of it soon - - for my sake :) hehe anyway, Braxton is too cute!
You are right, this post is WAY overdue. I have been waiting forever to see pics of the little guy. He is absolutely adorable and I am in love with all of his hats! Especially the gray visor beanie. So cute and grown up! You are a great mom and do so many great things for Braxton. He is seriously so cute! We really do need to have a playdate. I got Beckem and Kennadi together and now they try and out talk each other! I would love to get them all together! Hope you are doing well and everyone is feeling better! Love ya!

I am glad you finally updated. I have been waiting to see how he has grown. Tylee is 15 pounds at 6 months, your little guy is no so little anymore. I am glad everything is going well. I wish I could help you with his sleeping habits, but I am still learning too. :)
Where did you do that I fly thing for Ty's b-day? That looks really fun! Braxton is just too cute. I noticed all his cute beanies like Annika too! So cute! We do need to get them all together. Hopefully we can get with you guys this saturday. I would really love to do a temple date. As far as the sleeping....Beckem is so off and on that I dont think he ever has a consitent pattern. He will get up 1 or 2 times for awhile. Then he will sleep like 9 to 10 hours straight for a few days then it somthing different the next week?? Who knows...as long as he's happy I just roll with it :o)
