Happy Birthday Tyler

"Happy Birthday to You!" . . .
It was so fun celebrating Ty's Birthday once again this year. Tyler is such a GREAT husband & friend. He is such a positive person & ALWAYS happy! Despite ALL the things that have happen to him this year!
I truly admire him, & the strong person he is with every situation that comes his way!
Tyler LOVES sports and food! Have those two together and he is set! He also loves playing or watching sports at any given time ask ANYONE!! :) He is so much fun to be around. You can always count on a good laugh when he's there. He can make you smile ear to ear in seconds & I love him for that!
Ty is such a positive person as I have already said & again I am so Thankful for that! He has a love for the gospel & is always trying to learn more and more about it He amazes me with all that he knows, He's such a great example & I really look up to him in so many ways!
Ty truly is the glue in our relationship if it wasn't for him I don't know where I would be!
He has hit quite a few BIG bumps in the road this year! Tackling his night in the Florida Jail (We laugh about this now!) and his new battle with his health. One week before Christmas Ty was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. He is now on insulin and doing very well! These are just some samples, but for Tyler it was not a set back in anyway! He does not let anything get him down & pushes on with his amazing positive attitude and a big smile! I am so grateful for him in my life, and the wonderful husband he is! Thanks for being you Ty! I love you!

SURPRISE!!...
This year for Ty's Birthday we celebrated ALL weekend! It was really fun because of course I got to benefit from all of the activities & yummy food as well. The night before Ty's Birthday I surprised him with a Birthday dinner with all of his good friends and his favorite meal. Tyler LOVES Mexican food, so for dinner I served my own version of Cafe Rio. I even copied the recipe & made the creamy dressing. It was so Yummy! We had a great time just visiting with his friends and watching the boys play the WII.

Then off to Tucano's for his actual Birthday dinner. I love when it's just the two of us! He truly is my best friend & he is so much fun to be around.

"Heavy Heavy Hang Over Thy Poor Head"... (I sang this to Ty when I gave him his present last year and he had never heard it! He looked at me with a really funny face and asked what in the heck I was saying! Crazy kid!)

Tyler loves watches so this year that's the watch i went with! Happy Birthday!

December Activities

This year I tagged along to the Las Vegas Bowl! My Father in Law took Ty & I, and his little niece Hailey who is 11. We had such a great time down there. We stayed with Tyler's aunt Jan. I wish we got to see her more! I am just in love with Tyler's Extended family! They are the sweetest things and we have so much fun! We went to the most amazing buffet i have ever seen down there! We went to a new casino called the Red Rock. Then we walked the strip for a couple of hours till it was too cold to go any further.

GO BYU!!!

What a game! For those who watched it will know exactly what i am talking about! I could not believe how cold it was down there!

I had on about 5 layers and I was still freezing!

Sledding!

First Time Ty & I have ever played in the snow together! We must not get out much!

The Holiday's

Merry Christmas!
We were so blessed this Christmas season! We are so very Thankful for all that we have especially for family. Our families mean the world to us and we do not know where we would be with out them. Along with the gospel. This Christmas will be one of my most memorable years. We had have quite our ups and downs this year but couldn't have survived with out the gospel in our lives and the love our savior has for us. We have so much to be grateful for.
This Christmas was a blast. We slept over at my parents house on Christmas Eve after our big party at My Grandparents. All of us except for Micah was there. We can't wait til he is with us next year! Santa came early while we were away to our party and left PJ's so we could quickly get to be so he could come again. Christmas morning was so great! We ALL including Tage who is 6 months old got up at 6:30am to see what Santa brought.

Here we are posing in our new PJ's on Christmas eve! (My mom insists we do this each year Santa comes early!FYI its an every year thing.)

RISE & SHINE!

He did not want to miss one second of Christmas morning! He made sure we knew he was up! Always such a happy baby when he wakes up!

We were so spoiled this year!

Loves his Grandpa!

So excited!!! Always a new expression for every present that was revealed.

Listening very carefully as uncle Christopher explains how this toy works.

Oh morning pictures! What a joy! Still trying to wake up to enjoy the first moments of Christmas morning.
For all that know me should know that i am NOT a morning person! Unlike my husband who is up & smiley at the first alarm! Lucky Duck!!

This year i got Tyler a new Ipod!

Ty got me my absolute FAVORITE picture! I have been wanting for so long! I was so excited! I have such a great husband.

Last but not least... The WII! My parents bought a wii for the family! They handed one gift to each of us at the very end and had us open them at the same time. You should have heard the screams. The funny thing about this wii is that my mom was just shopping one day when she heard an announcement that they had just gotten a shipment in. My mom thought to her self "well it must be cool if they are announcing it." "I'll go check it out." She bought just one and thought well if its really not that cool I will just take it back! Little did she know!
